Black Cohosh is also known as n anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant herb. Muscular soreness of neck, backache, . Rheumatism. Fibro-myalgia. Rheumatoid arthritis. Known for relieving pain of sciatica. Epilepsy, convulsions. Chorea. Muscle spasm. Dry, spasmodic cough. Fever with muscular soreness. Tinnitus with nerve involvement.. Bladder or urethral spasm. Prostate or testicular pain.
Dosage: 1/4 to 1 dopperful (10 to 40 drops) - in a swallow of water 2 to 4 x a day. A few people are sensitive to this herb, and with any sudden headache or digestive upset the dosage should be reduced.
