Elecampane's volatile oils and other constituents make it both stimulating and soothing to the lungs in both full cough with mucus and dry, unproductive cough. Loosens tough mucus in brochitis,and brochitic asthma with wheezing. Supportive in tuberculosis and emphysema. Lung infection (anti-bacterial). Poor immune response with chronic infection; auto-immune disorders with fatigue (i.e. Chronic Fatigue). Promotes good digestion and assimilation. Stimulates estrogen and progesterone balance. Intestinal parasites: nematodes, protozoal parasites.
Dosage: 1/2 to 1 dropperful (20 to 40 drops) in a swallow of water 2 to 4 x a day
Contraindications: Pregnancy. Dry lung conditions w/ heat.
