Relief for indigestion, acid reflux, slow digestion, gas. Usually taken a while after eating. Some benefit taking before meals or whenever symptoms present.
Herbs traditionally used as a tonic for digestion. An aid in indigestion, slow digestion, fermentation, gas. Poor appetite, anorexia. Acid indigestion, acid reflux, hiatal hernia. For indigestion, etc. take a while after a meal. For poor appetite or stomach acid some benefit more from taking before meals or as needed.
