Juniper Berry

Juniper Berry is a warming, disinfectant remedy suited to chronic, cold conditions. Not used where there is kidney disease or irritation. Often combined with other remedies. Mucous cystitis, vaginal infection, too frequent urination, edema. Warming and kidney cleansing properties have made it an aid in chronic arthritis, rheumatism and myalgia. Uric acid cleanser in gout. Promotes digestion and as an intestinal disinfectant, hypochlorhydria. Used externally for psoriasis, acne, eczema and dermatitis.
Dosage: 1/2 to 1 dropperful (20 to 40 drops) in a swallow of water, 2 to 3 x a day
Contraindications: Pregnancy. Renal failure or renal inflammatory diseases
